Ownership

  • • Client receives ownership after full payment.
  • • Before payment, all work belongs to Monsarc.

  • • Clients must not misuse our internal systems or code.

Limitation of Liability

  • • We are not responsible for business losses or third-party issues.

Termination

  • • We reserve the right to stop services in case of misuse or non-payment.

Legal Jurisdiction
